ISO 9000 Documentation
OVERVIEW:
To achieve ISO 9000 registration, your company must have a documented quality system that complies with the intent of the ISO 9001 or 9002 standard. Just as important, your quality system must be fully implemented. Learning how to properly document your system will make implementation much more manageable. Combining practical tutorials and case studies, this workshop provides participants with skills and knowledge to evaluate, prepare and maintain documentation needed for an ISO 9000 quality system. Participants will also understand how quality system documentation can add value to the improvement process in their company.

- How to prepare your Quality Manual, System Level Procedures, and Work Instructions
- When it is (and is not) necessary to write procedures, work instructions
- How to evaluate procedures and instructions
- How to interpret the ISO 9000 series standards
- How to organize documents so that they are easy to write, update and audit
- The appropriate amount of detail required
