OVERVIEW:
Designed for ISO 9000 implementation team members, this workshop provides an in-depth look at the background, content, and implementation of an ISO 9000-based Quality Management System. System documentation, the registration process, and each element of ISO 9000 are explored in detail. This workshop uses a variety of hands-on exercises that will enable participants to understand and assume their ISO 9000 implementation responsibilities quickly and easily.
LEARN HOW TO:
- Interpret the ISO 9000 Standard
- Identify when documented procedures are required
- Identify when quality records are required
- Develop an "as is" flow chart of existing business processes
- Get started on an ISO 9000 program that produces results for your company
