ISO 9000 Internal Auditor
OVERVIEW:
To successfully implement a quality system and achieve ISO 9000 registration a company must have an Internal Audit process and use trained auditors to perform the audits. Internal auditors are a key element to quality system maintenance and identifying quality improvement opportunities. This workshop places a strong emphasis on proactive non-penal auditing to promote positive employee participation in the improvement process.

- Plan for auditing
- Conduct audit interviews and maximize audit effectiveness
- Assess the real operational conditions
- Develop assessment guide lists
- Report results, Record results and maintain audit logs
- Follow-up on corrective actions
- Develop audit reports that are meaningful
