| Paul G. Hassing has 27 years of Quality Systems experience and has assisted 18 companies through ISO 9000 - all of which passed their registration audits on the first attempt. Paul has performed numerous ISO-9000 Assessments and trained more than 2,000 people in ISO 9000 related topics. Prior to becoming a Quality Systems consultant, Paul was Director of Quality Assurance for the US Air Force at the Boeing Company and in also in Belgium, where he developed and installed quality systems at more than 50 international companies and managed a workforce of 100 quality specialists. Paul is a Certified ISO 9000 Lead Assessor and has a BS in Engineering. | Pat Hughes has extensive experience in all aspects of Quality Management: leadership, planning, continuous improvement, teambuilding, facilitation, and auditing. During 1990 - 1991 Pat established the Naval Air Station Whidbey Island TQL (Total Quality Leadership) program. This became the model for TQL in the west coast naval air community. To date, he has assisted 15 companies through ISO 9000 - all of which passed their registration audits on the first attempt. He has also performed over 1,000 hours of auditing and led major audit teams. Pat has a MS in Engineering and a BS in Oceanography. He is a Certified ISO 9000 Lead Auditor and a CQE. |
| Shamsher (Sham) Beri specializes in ISO 9000 quality system policy, procedure development and auditing. He has 15 years of Quality System experience. Sham has led audit teams at more than 100 locations across the USA and is an ISO 9000 course developer for the Oregon Quality Initiative. Sham is assisting several companies through both ISO 9000 and QS-9000 registration. He is certified as: an ISO-9000 Lead Auditor by the IQA (UK); a Quality Systems Lead Auditor by the RAB (USA), and a QS-9000 Lead Assessor by the Automotive Industry Action Group, Detroit, MI. He has a BS in Electrical Engineering and an MBA. | Warren Boblethas more than 30 years of industrial experience-including working in Europe and Asia establishing licensed manufacturing facilities for process control instrumentation technologies. In addition to his planning and project management experiences, he has assisted many companies with ISO 9000 implementation, including AT & T Wireless, Synrad and Printing Press. Warren's broad experience base provides him with an unusually keen perspective on the practical fit and worth of quality systems in the real world of business. A skilled communicator, Warren has a BS degree in Chemical Engineering and is a Certified ISO 9000 Assessor. |
| Bethany Quillinan has ten years experience in ISO 9000 and Continuous Improvement. She is course developer and master trainer for ISO 9000 in the Oregon State P4Q program. Bethany recently assisted a distributor to achieve ISO 9002 registration and is assisting other companies with their ISO implementation. Bethany's clients include Hewlett Packard, In-Focus Systems, Freightliner Corporation, Oregon Institute of Technology, Koei America and Polycast. Bethany has passed The examination for Certified ISO 9000 Lead Assessor, holds a BS in Ceramic Engineering and an MA in Whole Systems Design for Organizational Systems Renewal. | Lauren M. Cover has significant experience with Quality Systems planning, documentation and auditing. Recently, she played a key role in the implementation of ISO 9001 at a large chemical company, leading the internal audit program and providing training for employees across the United States and in Canada. In addition to numerous internal audits, Lauren has performed ISO 9000 baseline and pre-assessment audits for companies in a wide variety of industries. She is currently assisting several local companies, including SAS Fluid Power and Todd Pacific Shipyards, to pursue ISO 9000 registration. Lauren is a Certified ISO 9000 Auditor and holds a BS in Chemistry. |
| Max A. Benham has considerable experience documenting, implementing and auditing ISO 9000-based Quality Management Systems. His most recent clients include Circuit Services, Systematix Controls Incorporated, Spunstrand, Leviton Telcom, Advanced Marine Technology and Quadtek Incorporated. In addition to quality systems implementation, Max has also been involved with international business, working with small and medium-sized organizations operating in Eastern Europe and Russia. Max has passed the examination for Certified ISO 9000 Lead Auditor and holds degrees in Economics and Russian, a language in which he is fluent. | David J. Kinne specializes in TQM and business process improvement - providing improvement services to companies that include: Printing Control, Lindal Cedar Homes, Cello Bag and Borden Adhesives -- where the implementation of SPC tools and methods resulted in first year cost savings of over $1.2 Million. Prior to joining ETI, Dave worked for John Fluke Manufacturing where he directed improvement training, developed the SPC training program, and also assisted in the implementation of TQM. Dave has more than 10 years of experience leading total quality efforts, a BS in Biomedical Engineering and an MBA. |
| Robert L. Faley specializes in ISO 9000 and Continuous Improvement. With 30 years of experience, Bob has implemented and managed quality systems in a variety of manufacturing environments. He has also taught TQM at various Colleges. Recently, he directed the implementation of an ISO 9002 quality system at a manufacturing facility in Spokane, WA. Prior to becoming an ISO 9000 consultant, Bob directed the GMP implementation at Quinton Instrument Company. Bob has a BS in Aeronautical Engineering and has completed ISO Lead Auditor training.
